Where Can I Visit You?

I currently have a booth at Sentimental Journey Marketplace in Olathe, KS.  Sentimental Journey Marketplace is located at 907 S Chestnut St, Olathe, KS 66061.  Phone number is 913-768-8088. 

They are open 7 days a week:

Sunday & Monday 12 am to 5 pm

Tuesday thru Saturday 10 am to 6 pm

You can also find me at various pop-up and vintage markets during the year. Those are announced via social media.

Do You Ship?

The short answer is yes I do!  The long answer is it does depend on the item.  Items available on social media may not be available online or available for shipping.  To see current items for sale click on the shop tab at the top of our website. Shipping Information:

Shipping is through USPS and I ship 2-4 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not shipped on the weekend. Shipping is only available in the continental United  States.  If you are out of country please email me at farmtohomevintage@gmail.com for a shipping quote.  

Return Policy:

Due to the nature of selling vintage/antique items, I have a no return policy.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  All goods are sold AS IS. Vintage/antique items are imperfect due to age and may contain flaws. I do my best to provide accurate descriptions and photos that honestly reflect the character of the piece. Actual colors may vary slightly from photos.

Damage Policy:

I package everything by hand, but know things can happen out of our control. If any item/s arrived damaged, please refer to the steps below:

Please notify me within 3 days of delivery of items that were damaged/broken via email.  You must include a photo of the damaged item(s), photo of the box and packing material and a photo of the shipping label that includes the shipping/tracking information. Please do not discard the damaged item/s and the box/packing material in case inspection by USPS is required. USPS says to allow up to 7 to 10 business days to process any claims, so please hold on to the damaged item/s & all shipping contents until we hear back. 

If you do not contact within 3 days after delivery and provide photograph evidence within 3 days of delivery, the customer will be responsible to put in a claim claim with USPS themselves.  

Lost/Stolen Policy:

In the case of a lost or stolen package, or package delivered to the wrong address or different address other then the address provided when you placed your order, it is the customer's responsibility reach out to USPS with the tracking number to report an issue or make a claim. I cannot be held responsible for any missing/lost packages that happen beyond my control.
